Wynn:  This is Wednesday, May 30th 2012, after Memorial Day weekend. This is our call where we ask the questions that you have submitted.

Terry, you’re on the line?

 

Terry:  I’m here.

 

Wynn:  Father-Mother God, we ask for the presence of the Light, to surround and protect each person on this line and any negativity be taken to the highest realms of Light and transmuted for the highest good of all concerned. We see ourselves in the flow of energy radiating from the center of the Universe, through the galaxies, through the Milky Way, through the solar system, through the energy fields of the planets, through the outer energy fields of Earth, through our bodies and into the center of the Earth. Right now, we invoke a group energy connection while maintaining the sovereign integrity of our souls. We invite those Sources that are positive, service-to-others, honoring the Law of One to join with us. We create a protected space that only the Positive has access to and anything not of that nature must leave now.

 

We invite our Sources to come in and give us an opening greeting through Terry Brown.

 

Ra’An:  We greet you in the Love Light of the One Infinite Creator. This is May 30th, 2012. We are honored to make this sojourn and connection with each and every one who wishes to be connected with in the third density. It is not strictly the third density, as each of you has other bodies that are connected with the Higher Realms. You are focused merely in the third density at this juncture. We are delighted to be here and to be with each and every one of you.

 

Do you have questions?

 

Wynn:  I’m going to start off with a question from Gary who wants to know:

 

“How can we tell if our hearts are open 50% or more?”

 

Ra’AnWhen an individual’s heart chakra is not fifty or more percent open, there is a bouncing back of the energy; a holding back of the energy in connection with others. One, if they become very sensitive to this, can feel the pull-back that they experience in their daily life and in their connections with others. When one’s chakra is 51 or more percent open, as it becomes more and more open, the connections open and the acceptance of others and the feeling of acceptance of self in others’ presence can be felt. There is no longer this pull-back of energy extending back into one’s own body. We hope this answer helps.

 

Do you have further questions?

 

Wynn:  Yes. This is a question from Lorena in Long Beach. She expresses her gratitude for you and us and for what we’re doing.

 

The Ra group-Elohim has mentioned if we want something, all we have to do is keep asking. For example, if we keep asking the light beings to protect us from the negative. Her question is:

 

“Can that question actually attract the negative towards our energy instead? How can we have the best discernment on how to phrase things when asking questions?”

 

Ra’An:  It is what you put your attention on.

 

If you are asking for protection from the negative and in doing it you put your attention on the negative frequency that you are trying to be protected from, then that is a synchronistic connection with that negative frequency.

 

It would be better to move your own frequencies out of the range of the negative and re-focus on something positive. If you find it impossible to do that, then there is something within your own karma, within your own past, within your own looking at the surroundings and trying to solve something, that has bothered you that is negative. That kernel of something within your own self then acts as a magnet for similar magnetic connection with something more negative.

 

In other words, if a person orients to pictures, makes up in his mind, is connected to a negative vibration, a negative other source, and brings it into focus within his/herself, it will be a tie-in, a connection with that negative source. When one gets very sensitive, they can actually sense and then more sensitive, they can actually see and feel the negative source and locate it.

 

So if one wishes to get protected from the negative, they would need to clear that frequency from themselves and to replace that frequency with a different frequency; a different object of their focus.  So in answer to your question, it is true that if you keep asking for protection from something negative, in saying that, you bring in the idea of that negative by merely posing that idea. By bringing it in, there is the kernel of that negative frequency that connects you up with that negative.

Wynn:  Thank you.

 

When we do our grid healing on Sunday and we ask for protection for the collective of humanity from fear, is that a similar thing?

 

Ra’An:  You are asking for people in general, and it is possible to similarly bring in the idea of the negative. However, it does have over-bearing weight towards the protection, as when you bring it in, the idea is for the protection without the specifics. However, there can be some elements of this, depending upon the pure intention of the people, each and every individual.

 

So, it could bring in the idea of negative, as we have discussed on this question that could then eventually connect.

 

Wynn:  One more question on this topic for Lorena who is asking the question:

 

How can she replace the frequencies, her openness to the frequencies that she feels that are negative?  How can she fix that?

 

Ra’An:  When you learn to fine tune yourself as a sender of frequencies and as a receiver of frequencies and you can refine that and tune it, you can sense what is negative and then you can simply move away from it as if you were tuning a radio.

 

However, if you are having trouble with doing that, you could practice feeling the vibration of a musical piece. You could practice how observing how you feel when your attention is on something that you really like; the possibility of going somewhere that is delightful; the possibility of having a great dinner that is delightful; communication with another that is delightful, that enwraps you and your attention into that, so that you are totally in the present moment.

 

Being in the present moment is one of the keys, as often the attention to the negative is connected to something that has happened in the past, or something you have heard, or a memory. So if you can set those things aside and practice being in the moment, and practice the locking out of the negative frequencies, as if you were tuning the radio.

 

We give you an example:  Terry was in L.A. and there were some negative occurrences; there was someone with road rage, perhaps Terry cut them off and didn’t know it, but this person, a car full of people, was following Terry and they were driving at high speeds through the city streets, as Terry was trying to get away.

 

Finally Terry drove past a 7-11 where there were a lot of cop cars getting coffee and she drove in, figuring that if there was some beef that this person had they could bring it up to the police. The person drove away rapidly and angrily. Terry was tuned to the frequency through all this incident and this instance was like resonating within her.  Afterwards the fear came; where these people were; were they going to start following her again? So Terry had to reset.

 

She went and talked to the police and had to just reset, so that she put that out of her mind and she concentrated on other things that were more likeable, like talking to a friend and telling the police and just looking at the things in the store, to bring her attention off that.

 

Attention is the big thing; what is your attention on? Is your attention on the negative? Is it stuck there for some reason? If it is stuck there is there some real danger that needs to be cleared out or solved? But if there isn’t, then how can you refocus? Once you refocus by putting attention on other things that are enjoyable or profitable or learning, you learn to move and to control your emotions so that you do not get stuck into the negative.

 

The negative has a certain frequency; each negative thought has a certain frequency. One can then learn to navigate, much as you would navigate driving a car. One can learn to navigate and shift one’s attention and to move it into different circumstances, so you do not have any residue from the negative hanging onto you.

Wynn:  Thank you. This is from someone who has been on our lines for awhile who lives on the East Coast and prefers to be anonymous. The question is:

 

I’m a long-term participant in the work of this group and I sense its benefits; I am also a convert to Catholicism since 1995 and I receive the Blessed Sacraments including communion during mass. From the Elohim-Ra perspective, what is transpiring during my participation in this ritual? Do they see it as having positive, negative or mixed effects? I understand this answer is for me personally and not necessarily for others.

 

Ra’An:  Yes, it is for you personally and we do see that having mixed effects. If the words that are spoken are during the preparations for the sacraments, then mood mixed with these sacraments, the history of the bread and the wine, the analogy to the blood and body of Christ brings in very big—we search for the word, ‘archetypes of energies’, that have occurred over and over within the Church and can, for one that is sensitive, bring in the mixture of the purity of the sacraments and the thoughts and minds of not only ancient things within the church, but current things within the person that is preparing the Blessed Sacraments.

 

One maybe sensitive to this and they could be different, depending upon who is preparing the sacrament and their connections to the Church and their past contributions or their past things that they are not saying, that they have introduced into their work in the Church.

 

So it is a matter of sorting out what you are feeling and what it traces down to. And it may not be just the pure sacrament that you are experiencing, but the past things that have intersected with the idea of the sacrament, or the preparation of the sacrament, or in that particular church, as the sacrament in its purity may pick up impurities from the people that prepared it and the history of the location and the church or it’s higher churches, where this was taken and prepared.

This is from Dan in Tennessee:

 

When I awaken in the morning I am aware that I have been dreaming and don’t recall the dream. I do know that I am working with a group to solve some problem. In one dream in particular I recall knowing upon awakening, that the group and I were dealing with a technical issue.

 

Can you tell me who this group is that I’m a part of and how can I return to wakefulness with a clearer view of what I have been doing, so that I can continue the work on this side if possible?

 

That’s Dan in Tennessee

 

Ra’An:  Thank you, Dan.

 

We see that you are speaking with a group on the other side which you have previously worked with in the past. They are bringing you other ideas and you are working through things that you started in the past and that you are working on to bring in, this lifetime. If you would take an adequate dose of B vitamins, then this is one of the things that would help. There are various nutrients that help you to remember your dreams. Be sure to take enough water and to turn the lights out when you are sleeping.

 

Get a book and write down what you remember of your dreams as a practice when you first wake up, even if it is only a couple of things. Sometimes in this waking state, before you totally wake up, you can remember more and then more of the dream will come in, so that you can remember and see more of your dream, and touch base more with the group that you worked with in the past and that you are working with now on the other side.

 

Wynn:  Thank you. 

 

I’ll make the comment that I started writing down my dreams and started getting messages. This has been going on and off now for quite some time.

 

One of the things I realized was that when I’m in that twilight state and I have that sentence in my mind, it always seems stupid. I’d say, “This can’t be very interesting” and I’d pass on it. But I started writing down those stupid things and they weren’t stupid. You have to not censor it, you have to not try to understand it; just write it down and look at it in the morning. Re-evaluate it in the morning. Thank you.

 

Next:

 

This is from Clark; I think he’s in Ohio. If he’s on the line, we did a reading for him at one point. We’re just going to ask to help heal his left hip replacement which he’s just had.

 

Ra’An:  Thank you. When you are feeling the pain, it is a pain of separation. It is the separation of the tissue from the tissue that was there previously; it is a separation in the area. It is painful because of this separation.

 

One of the things that you can do is to let the pain flow through you and flow on instead of trying to prevent it and hold it back and build it up. It is more painful that way, but it can pass more easily, as the area then is helped to reconnect and make new connections, which eventually then will cease to hurt as much.

 

We’re speaking slowly as we’re talking, because we are working in there with your hip to let the pain flow on out, just let it flow on out. Instead of trying to stop it, if you just let it flow through and out, then it is a little bit of a help with that pain, as it is a painful situation as your hip seeks to re-establish connection in the area.

 

Wynn:  Thank you. This is from Jim on the east coast in Massachusetts.

 

Wynn:  This from Jim is Massachusetts. He is going through a time where his spirits are low. He wants to feel better and he wants to exude positive energy and be able to pass it on to others. “What can I do?”

 

Ra’An:  Thank you.

 

Think of the things that when you are doing them, you are able to call up beautiful creative things and then you can cheer up others who can receive those things. Think of how you feel when you are able to give that creativity to others and how they enjoy it. In your daily life, set about creating as many minutes as you can where you are making someone else laugh, you are giving them something that emotionally moves them.

 

Think of how you feel when you are doing that and then see about making as many moments in the day where you can think of something creative like that to share, to do, to get them laughing, to get them loving and being creative.

 

We realize that there are shifts that are not grounded at this time; reset yourself to provide new grounding created by you and given as gifts to others who are all around you. This will help to ground you and to lift your spirits.

 

Wynn:  Thank you.

 

This is from Jere in Finland and he’s been coming on the line. He had some really heavy back issues and he’s been getting help.

 

He asks; “Wynn, if there’s room, could you put my back issue into the light once again? There’s not so much pain anymore; it just feels uncomfortable mostly. It’s still quite difficult to even sit because the bone or something’s out of alignment. But it’s a lot more manageable now, so thank you all so much for that because it’s been a noticeable difference after the calls each Wednesday.

 

I’m immensely grateful, for it is by the service you are providing. Also, I’ll be listening to the call live tonight to get the most out of it if my eyes don’t fail on me before that. Remember, Jere is in Finland, so it’s probably way early in the middle of the night there.

 

Hi Jere if you’re listening. Okay, we’ll turn it over to our Sources.

 

Ra’An:  Thank you Jere. We continue to work with your hip, and we speak slowly as we are scanning the area. You may feel some heat in the area; this heat is heat of healing. We will continue to work with it.

 

Wynn:  This is from Em in Canada:

 

Can I get help with the forming of an idea, or vision or sparks of some kind, in creating some kind of financial income for myself, since I have not held a job now for a few years; or else direct me to the appropriate person, place or thing to get me back to living a life that is more socially engaging, so to speak?

 

Ra’An:  Thank you.

 

We ask the ways that you can go to meet others, as it is through others that you can lift yourself up and can find jobs for yourself, as this will be given or available from other situations. So find ways to connect, to network; is there a girls’ club near you, a networking club? Some places have networking breakfasts that one can go to and can connect with other people.

 

It is through connection with others that you will find out about opportunities and you will be able to connect in more ways to see how you will be able to put yourself out there, to receive financial assistance when you can do some service for another.

 

If it is even something to do with taking care of kids sometimes or doing some task that another needs done. There may be positions open that you can find in the paper or on the internet and there may be other positions. So the things that you see could be done, that you know how to do, that you could do for others. Does someone need an assistant? That could help train you in what they are doing, and you could break into it slowly and could do tasks that they need help with.

 

Connection is the first thing; to learn what is out there and how you can make yourself available and of service to those things that need doing, that you would be able to help with. Then you would begin to feel better, too.

 

Wynn:  Thank you. That answer’s something that I know very well works. There is a tendency, when one is feeling that kind of oppression—this is my experience—it’s easy to feel ashamed, because there’s something way deep in a human that says, “If I’m not working, if I’m not making money,  I’m no good.” So, one can sit in their shame and their unworthiness, because they’re obviously no good, because they’re not making money; then all humans will treat you that way.

 

The key is: if you keep sitting, it just keeps re-circulating it and nothing shifts. So you have to get up; get out; do something and forget for that moment that you need money and that you’re looking for a job. Do something outside of the context of that; like, go volunteer at the old age home; go do something where you’re interfacing with people.

 

The thing about it is, when you go out and do something that uplifts other people, it moves you right out of your shame; it moves you out of it. You say, “If I didn’t go there today, the people would have been depressed. I helped un-depress them.” At that moment you’re out of your shame and out of feeling bad about yourself.

 

You’ve opened the portals for something new to come in. It could be the next person who you sit down next to, in my case in Starbucks, or whatever, the next person you run into and say hello. It just comes up naturally: “Oh yeah, I’m looking for work” and “Oh, I know somebody.”

 

This is how synchronicities happen, but you have to get your energy above that feeling of worthlessness, because if you just keep feeling worthless, who is going to want to work with you? They’d feel your energy and you look worthless and you’re not worthless and there’s nothing to be ashamed of. But you have to take the motion to move yourself above the water line and above all those things that, if you don’t take active motion, will suck you into the undertow. That’s my experience on that.

 

That might be our last question, although I think Diana wrote me a novel today. I didn’t take the time—let’s see.  Oh, that’s too much! Do me a favor and get your question down a little simpler. At least if you’re going to write a lot of stuff, bring your question as a separate thing, so I say, “Here’s my question.” It’s too much to go through all this to figure out where the question is. Although she says I helped her get through a salesperson block.  I don’t see an easy question here, maybe next week.

When somebody asks for someone else and the healing is not given, it may be because there are lessons that the person is moving through. There may be reasons that not all of the factors involved line up for the highest good for that particular answer to be resolved. It also has to do with a person’s own intention, for what they really truly wish for themselves.
